Let a number is such that

Now even digits (0, 2, 4) occupy odd places
Hence 
3! 
Now odd digits at even places
3! 
Hence total numbers = 3! * 3! = 36 
But there are two casss in which 0 is at first place.
Hence 6 divit number = 36 - 2 *3! = 36 - 12 = 24
